The main innovation of the ZIP PRO is its three-panel design. When folded, the projector has a thickness of only 44 mm and weighs 586 grams – less than many modern smartphones. But unfold it, and it automatically assumes a working position, allowing it to project an image with a diagonal of 60 to 120 inches. Support for various projection modes, including front, vertical, ceiling, and rear projection, makes it a versatile tool.
In terms of technical specifications, the ZIP PRO is geared towards mobile use. It supports 1080p resolution at 60 Hz and covers 85% of the NTSC color space. The manufacturer does not specify support for 4K decoding or HDR, nor does it mention advanced features like optical zoom or automatic keystone correction. The question of wireless protocol support and the presence of a built-in operating system also remains open.
